Useful Information

The ENSIAME (École Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Informatique Automatique Mécanique Énergétique Électronique) is one of the European "Grandes écoles" of Engineering (Equivalent Institute of Technology). It is located in the city of Valenciennes in the north of France (2 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Belgium, 2 hours from Strasbourg and 2 hours from London).

• By public transportation: Direct trains including TGVs, can take you directly to Valenciennes, from Paris or Lille. Then you should take a tram (50 m leftside of the train station) direction « université ». Leave the tram at "Campus Mont-Houy" station. The conference is located in the Herbin building (ENSIAME). Trams are frequent (one every 10 mins). It only takes 15 min to go from downtown to the ENSIAME. You can purchase a ticket at every station platform thanks to automats, with coins or a credit card.


• By Car: Arriving from Paris or Brussels by the highway "A2", take Exit # 21-a ("Valenciennes-Sud") then follow "Université". Cross 3 roundabouts : enter the campus located at about 500m from the highway exit. Then follow the signs "ENSIAME".
