All SOHOMA'13 papers must be submitted in electronic format (pdf format) by email at the address sohoma13@cimr.pub.ro

The material submitted for presentation at the workshop must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere. The working language is English. The papers are limited to 8 pages formatted in the Springer Book format for "Studies in Computational Intelligence" according to the instructions given at http://www.springer.com/series/8393, section Instructions for Authors (Multiauthor Word 2003/2007 Templates).

All papers accepted for presentation will be published in the Preprints Volume (available only in CD-ROM, with ISBN) and will be distributed to the participants at the conference time.

A selection of papers duly presented at the Workshop will be included in the SOHOMA'13 post conference Proceedings Volume in a special issue of the Springer series with the title "Service Orientation in Holonic and Multi-Agent Manufacturing and Robotics" as a multichapter book.

Copyright of materials selected for the Proceedings volume is held by Springer Verlag.
